There is not much that makes Kashiwazaki famous, except the worrying presence of a nuclear power plant, but the city has Mihiro Tangicuhi a.k.a. simply Mihiro. Born Yamase Hiromi, she is a Japanese actress, writer, singer, gravure and AV idol from Kashiwazaki City in Niigata Prefecture.
