Paul McCarthy-Boyington was raised in inner city San Francisco. From an early age, Paul was influenced by the arts - being the son of artists Carrell McCarthy & Paul Boyington. As a youngster growing up in the Mission District he started performing in a break-dancing crew, which eventually lead to his parents sending him to jazz, ballet, and modern dance classes.
