Overview

Phantoms, monstrous beings born out of the hopelessness and despair of humans, have been appearing and causing chaos. Battle mage Haruto Soma, uses the magical Wizard rings to turn into Kamen Rider Wizard and fight to protect the light of hope. Why did he undertake this fate? And what is the Phantoms' goal?
