US Figure Skating Champion Rory Flack is on a groundbreaking journey to coach the first all-diverse competitive synchronized skating team. The team of 10 middle and high school girls is up for a challenge with rigorous training on and off the ice; managing team dynamics; outspoken parents and skating rivals.
